Held on Tuesday, 7 July 2026, the visit involved 30 participants who were given the opportunity to explore the operations behind Tisha’s Food’s frozen food manufacturing process, including the technology and procedures used in producing its popular frozen roti canai and other food products.
The factory visit was part of Tisha’s Food’s continuous effort to strengthen brand awareness, provide greater transparency about its food production process and build stronger relationships with customers, organisations and potential business partners.
Introducing Tisha’s Food’s Frozen Food Manufacturing Process
During the visit, participants were introduced to the operations and facilities at Tisha’s Food Manufacturing, including key areas involved in maintaining product quality, hygiene standards and efficient food production.
The participants were divided into three groups and guided through several checkpoints, including Anjung A & B, Cool Room, Changing Room and Compressor Area. Throughout the factory tour, Tisha’s Food representatives explained the functions of each area and how these facilities support the production and storage of halal frozen food products.
The visit provided participants with a better understanding of the processes behind producing frozen food products, from preparation and manufacturing to storage management.
Showcasing Technology Behind Frozen Roti Production
One of the highlights of the factory visit was the introduction to the technology and machinery used in producing Tisha’s frozen roti canai and paratha products .
Participants were able to learn more about how modern food manufacturing equipment helps ensure consistency, efficiency and quality throughout the production process.

Among the products prepared during the demonstration was Tisha’s signature paratha , allowing participants to experience firsthand the taste and versatility of Tisha’s Food products.

Besides introducing the manufacturing process, the factory visit also aimed to create awareness about opportunities to collaborate and grow together with Tisha’s Food.
