Tishas Roti Paratha with Penang Curry
Ingredients: Paratha
Wheat Flour, Water, Margarine, Baking Powder, Sugar and Salt.
Ingredients: Curry / Kari (35%)
Water, Vegetable Oil (Palm Oil), Coconut Milk, Onion, Curry Powder, Tomato, Sugar, Garlic, Ginger, Salt, Vegetable Stock, Chilli Powder, Curry Leaves, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Cloves and Stabilizer (INS 415).
Cooking Method: Paratha
1. Direct from freezer, pan fry Roti Paratha over medium heat (160-180°C/ 320-356°F ) for approximately 2-3 minutes. (No oil added)
2. Pan fry Roti Paratha until golden brown on both sides.
3. For a fluffy and crispy bite, give a soft pat from the outside toward the center of the Roti Paratha after frying.
Cooking Method: Curry
1. Heat or soak with hot boiling water (100°C / 212°F) for 5 minutes only.
2. Ready to serve
