Tishas Roti Paratha Ori Sambal Bilis (Flakey)
Ingredients: Paratha
Wheat Flour, Water, Margarine, Baking Powder, Sugar and Salt.
Ingredients: Sambal
Onions, Chillies, Sugar, Palm Oil, Flavour Enhancer (INS 621), Anchovies and Ginger.
Cooking Method: Paratha
1. Direct from freezer, pan fry Roti Paratha over medium heat (160-180°C/ 320-356°F ) for approximately 2-3 minutes. (No oil added)
2. Pan fry Roti Paratha until golden brown on both sides.
3. For a fluffy and crispy bite, give a soft pat from the outside toward the center of the Roti Paratha after frying.
Cooking Method: Sambal
1. Heat or soak with hot boiling water (100°C/ 212°F) for 5 minutes only.
2. Ready to serve.
