Delivery is charged at a fixed price of 10 Ringgit Malaysia (RM10).

Your orders will be delivered by our stockist or home dealers. Picking and packaging will still be handled by Tishas Food Manufacturing Sdn Bhd staff.

Our delivery hours are based on working hours. We MAY BE ABLE to deliver as fast as WE COULD.

In the event that your order has not been delivered, we will issue you a full refund for your order. In the event your order has been incorrectly delivered or the order is incomplete, we will provide you a partial refund for the missing item.

If you have an issue with your delivery, please contact us immediately and inform us of your complaint via our contact number or email.

We provide a pre-paid return shipping service to ensure the best possible online shopping experience for you. Please refer to the pre-paid shipping label in the parcel sent to you.

Our returned Products are usually received and accepted at our warehouse within a set number of days after the return drop off or pick up. Returns handling time will vary depending on your return method and courier of choice. 

We will refund you via store credit which you may utilise for your next purchase. In event you prefer to be refunded by different means please contact us our contact number or email and we will try our best to assist you.
