Tishas Roti Paratha Low Carb
Ingredients:
Coconut Flour, Coconut Oil, Psyllium Husk, Baking Powder, Salt and Water
Cooking Method:
1. Direct from freezer, pan fry Roti Paratha over medium heat (160-180°C/ 320-356°F ) for approximately 2-3 minutes. (No oil added)
2. Pan fry Roti Paratha until golden brown on both sides.
3. For a fluffy and crispy bite, give a soft pat from the outside toward the center of the Roti Paratha after frying.
