1.      Murtabak Daging


  • Ingredients

Murtabak:

Wheat Flour, Beef, Egg, Onion, Spices, Sugar & Garlic

Acar:

Onions, Bird's eye chili, Sugar, Salt & Vinegar


  • Cooking Method
  1. Heat one tablespoon of cooking oli in a pan
  2. Direct from freezer, pan fry murtabak over moderate heat
  3. Gently heat on both sides until it is likely browned on all sides
  4. Murtabak may also be heated in a microwave for 10 minutes
  5. Serve along with our special Tisha's pickle onions with bird's eye chili
