Tishas Roti Puri
Ingredients:
Wheat Flour, Water, Palm Olein, Sugar, Salt, Baking Powder
Cooking Method:
1. Defrost Poori for 2-3 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and deep fry the poori when the oil reaches approximately 160-180°C (320-356°F).
3. As the poori rises, pour hot oil over the areas that have not puffed up to help it expand.
4. Flip the poori only once on each side to avoid excessive oil absorption.
5. Flip the poori when it puffs up and remove it from the oil once both sides turn golden brown.
6. Serve while hot.
