📌 Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the online contest ("Tisha’s Merdeka Bonanza 69 Buy More, Vote More, Win More Contest"). By participating in the Contest, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

🇲🇾 1. Eligibility

The Campaign is open to all Malaysians residing in Malaysia. Participants below the age of 18 must obtain consent from their parent or legal guardian. Employees, agents, distributors, and immediate family members of Tisha’s Food Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. are not eligible to participate.

📅 2. Campaign Period

The Campaign runs from 1 August 2026, 12.00AM (GMT+8) until 31 August 2026, 11.59PM (GMT+8).

All entries must be submitted within the Campaign Period. Late submissions will not be entertained.

🛒 3. How To Participate

To qualify for the Lucky Draw, participants must complete all the steps below:

  1. Purchase any Tisha’s product from any outlet.
  2. Take a clear photo of the purchase receipt.
  3. Follow all official Tisha’s social media accounts:
    • Instagram
    • TikTok
    • Facebook
  4. Scan the QR code on the campaign poster and submit the receipt via WhatsApp as instructed.

🎟 4. Entry Requirements

  • Each valid receipt entitles the participant to one (1) entry.
  • Multiple entries are allowed with multiple receipts.
  • Receipts must clearly show the date of purchase, outlet name, and Tisha’s product purchased.
  • Incomplete, unclear, duplicate, late, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

🏆 5. Winner Selection & Announcement

  • Winners will be selected through a Lucky Draw conducted by Tisha’s Food Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd.
  • Winners will be announced on 10 September 2026 via Tisha’s Food Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd.’s official social media platforms.
  • The decision of Tisha’s Food Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. is final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
  • A secret code will be shared during the LIVE session. If your name is selected as a winner, you may receive a call from Tisha’s Food Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. and will be required to provide the secret code for verification.

🎁 6. Prizes

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Tisha’s Food Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of similar value if the stated prize is unavailable.
  • Winners are responsible for any additional costs incurred in claiming the prize.

📸 7. Publicity

By participating in the Campaign, winners agree to allow Tisha’s Food Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. to use their names, photographs, and/or likenesses for promotional and marketing purposes without prior notice or additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

🔒 8. Personal Data

Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Campaign and in accordance with Tisha’s Food Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd.’s privacy policy.

📌 9. General

Tisha’s Food Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or technical issues arising from participation in this Campaign. The company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
