1.  Sweet Potato Crispy


  • Ingredients
  1. Sweet Potato, sugar, salt, Wheat flour, corn flour, margarine, water, vegetable oil


  • Cooking Method
  1. Heat up cooking oil to 180°C
  2. Deep fry frozen sweet potato in heated oil for 60-90 seconds
  3. Strain on a wire rack and immediately sprinkle some salt to taste
  4. Serve it while it is still hot
