1. Cempedak Goreng Crispy
- Ingredients
- Cempedak, sugar, salt, Wheat flour, corn flour, margarine, water, vegetable oil, breadcrumbs
- Cooking Method
- Heat up cooking oil to 180°C
- Deep fry frozen cempedak goreng in heated oil for 60-90 seconds
- Strain on a wire rack and immediately sprinkle some salt to taste
- Serve it while it is still hot
